Great group of gentlemen! I called asked if they could change a tire for me and without hesitation told me to come in. I get there an I only waited a short amount of time, very courteous service! I will continue to come here if I need tire service! There is not too many businesses left that actually make the customer feel great when it comes to spending money!

It was just a nice experience. I helped a friend bring a used car he recently bought for a flat repair on the right front tire. Unfortunately not only was the tire flat but there was also bulging of the left front tire. The alignment was off as well (but my friend knew that at purchase.) The rear tires were serviceable but old. At the time there was a buy-3-get-one-free offer from the tire manufacturer so we went for all 4. Since new tires were being installed an alignment was done too. A quick cheap flat repair turned into several hundred dollars but the service was good, and we appreciated the help with the cost and quick service on Saturday. (I looked online later to see if we could have done better and, yes, if we wanted to jump through the hoops with TireRack and could have waited, I could have saved my friend maybe $100 for off-brand tires (not Continentals!) but I have to say the pricing was actually really good at this store for these particular tires. I'll come back when I need tires for my own rigs.)

A man working in the store ( he’s old and big body ) was aggressive and non professional and hateful. I was talking to another man about buying tires from the store and I said that I’ll be back but the aggressive guy said “ if you come back and don’t buy the tires I will not fill your tires with air ‘ I asked him politely why ? he replied by saying “because I said so”. The other person was very nice but this older guy was very rude. I don’t recommend anyone going there because of this hostile man

You are a doing great job by reading the reviews. Pay diagnostic if you want to get lied. The car of mine needed an alignment and I proceeded to the nearest shop. They said they need to diagnostic the car before making sure if they can PROPERLY fix the car and costs around 120-130$ I agreed as due to my steering was enough curved. They found couple damaged parts which I paid every single penny to make my car safe on the road. Totally paid 720-740$ for alignment and fixing the damaged parts even parts were bought for around 200$ where is 15$ for parts each on any nearest parts shop (brand new)The day after fixing we noticed the steering wheel was almost as same as before, pulling to right or left steering wheel is completely looking to side mirrors and still continue telling me it is in great shape . Came there second time with the same problem of alignment and they called me when it was ready saying it is in great shape but you know the result(same same same) Afterwards they denied to refund for alignment. However it continued this way for multiple times, wasting my days time money and giving false hope. I gave up on them and decided to go to the other shop to get it repaired and to find out what they did incorrectly( I am sure about that). Get a lawyer if you were ripped off and good luck finding other nearby stores
