I brought my 2005 gx470 here. I had no clue what was wrong with it, my car was just making bad noises. I called these guys, they instantly picked up and told me I could come in same day for a diagnostic and then we would go from there. They were so helpful and kind over the phone later in the day when going over what was wrong with my car! They explained everything in great depth, and then told me how long it would take and they got it done. They even gave my car a free bath. These people are super kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful!!! Thank you so much LBR for fixing my car in a timely manner and doing so on such short notice, and going the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. I will be coming back here every time :)

Leaving a review in hopes of helping other Tesla owners looking for alternatives to the Tesla service center. Couldn’t find any reviews specifically mentioning work on Teslas, but in talking with LBR it was very apparent they do a ton of work on them and are very familiar with the common issues that affect them, so we decided to give them a try. Like most everyone else has said, this is an extremely fair small business that clearly takes pride in providing honest and excellent service. Everyone we spoke to was kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and insight. The work was completed quickly and well, and they even washed our car prior to returning it—I was sure everyone had stopped doing that years ago, but it was a really nice bonus. They were also forthright that there are some things only Tesla service centers can do and you might have to go to them for those things, but will definitely be coming back here for anything else. Night and day compared to the increasingly terrible experiences we’ve had with service from Tesla.

Harry was helpful. We had no appointment and just walked in to ask for an inspection of our brake system. The inspection was completed quickly and the repair of my rear brake system was fast and functioned like new at a fair price.

I’m from Cincinnati and my Mini Cooper broke down on a bridge between Seattle and Mercer Island. This place was well reviewed when I searched for Mini repairs and though we dropped my car on a Saturday after they were closed and they discovered it Monday when they opened, it was safe on the lot and they repaired several things within a day (I blew a hose primarily) and I had it back Tuesday! After driving about 3,000 miles to get home it still runs like a top, THANK YOU!!!!! And special shout out to Harry for his patience and kindness helping me throughout and even showing me how to check my oil, which they topped off for free, for the long journey home.
