I recently had a slow-leaking flat tire on my Toyota Sienna that left me feeling frustrated. I visited Toyota of Kirkland twice, but both times the issue couldn’t be diagnosed. After some online research, I came across Les Schwab Tire Center in Bellevue and decided to give them a try based on the many positive customer reviews — and I’m so glad I did! My experience at Les Schwab was exceptional from start to finish. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted warmly by the staff. Amazing place. Wonderful people They try so hard. They go out of their way. Chris Malick the 22 year veteran alignment specialist is an incredible expert and a hard worker. Andre the Manager is one in a million, who goes beyond your expectations to please you. This is a place worth going to. I hope they know how much I appreciate them. They are an honorable, trustworthy place. I highly recommend them.

Les Schwab is awesome and the only tire & brake place I trust. I took my car in a month ago for brakes & tire rotation. Brakes were fine and thus I was only charged for the rotation. Then this morning my tire pressure warning went off, so I drove straight to L.S. I had picked up a needle and the tire needed repair. They fixed it quickly (without and appointment) and waived the fee! This level of service is why I remain loyal to Les Schwab

I’ve been to this Les Schwab location twice, both times without an appointment. I simply walked in and dropped off my car, and each time they took care of it quickly and efficiently. Most recently, they removed nails from my tire and patched the hole—all as a complimentary service. The repair was done professionally and has held up perfectly. In contrast, I used to go to a dealership for similar issues, where I ended up paying hundreds of dollars to replace the entire tire for what turned out to be a minor problem. Les Schwab truly stands out for their honesty, efficiency, and generosity. They absolutely deserve a 5-star review!

Not a great experience. There is more tread on my rear tires than the fronts. If a tire goes at 60 to 80 mph on 405 it's a bad thing. They refused to rotate my Toyo AT's (known for excessive outside wear) front to back. And they tell me this after waiting 2 hours. I drove out of the Les Schwab lot the same as I arrived. This is the "We want to force you to buy new, tactic"
