Lowering my Shelby resulted in substantial toe out of the front tires and just generally messed up up the cars geometry. Brandon took it in stride and as proven by the before and after printout he went over with me, he took the car from fighting with itself to driving like a well mannered muscle car. It was my first visit based on great reviews from the web and they were right. Outstanding! Thanks Brandon and crew.

I was recommend Tru-line on getting my alignment dialed in and DEFINITELY was not disappointed. Highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue if you are wanting to get your alignment and steering checked! On top of that Brandon and the team went out of their way to secured some loose bolts that another shop touched and left. Lastly, Brandon and the team was able to get my vehicle back to me in the later morning after an early morning drop off. Will most definitely be back!

Efficiency and great customer service! When the personal working on your car personally calls you to double check on what exactly you want done, that right there is everything. Also 5 stars because the quality of work is noticeable. Car feels night and day different.

100% recommend this place. I had gotten new tires at my local service station where I usually get my car serviced and for whatever reason, this time around the tires couldn't be balanced right and I experienced a lot of vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Apparently 2004 Toyota 4Runners had some rims that were not balanced via the hub, but via the lugs. Tru-Line fixed the issue in 30 mins by balancing with their equipment and expertise. I noticed no vibrations on the drive home. They had an easy to setup appointment that allowed me to wait in their comfy waiting area with wifi while they worked on my vehicle.

Tru-Line Bellevue has been the only suspension shop I’ve trusted for the past 17 years. From daily driver to weekend toys, this is the place to go. I’ve never had an issue with their work - in fact I’ve had them correct other alignments, including one from Ferrari of Seattle. After any dealer warranty suspension repairs, Brandon is next to check their work.
